Robert Melton Jr. .... and .... Vernestine Speller Melton
have joined forces and combined areas of expertise to found New Hope Foundation
Inc. (NHF). Both assume full responsibility for optimum administration, management,
and operation of NHF. NHF's strength stems from the combined backgrounds and
expertise of this key management ream, who both have over 25 years of Human
Service experience. Robert Melton Jr. has extensive experience as a Human
Resource Consultant and also development of specialized program through the
Martial Arts for both children and adults. Vernestine S. Melton has an extensive
background as a Federal employee, and several years of work related experience
with mental health and childcare. She also, has a Master's Degree in Psychology with
a specialty in Professional Counseling. They are also founders of New Hope Youth
Advocacy Coalition which is a non profit organization. This organization promotes a
project called Y.A.R.E.(Youth Alternative Response Exercise), a program for at
risk youth.
